Mrs Shelley's antics!

Hhhiiiyyyaaa!!!

Ooooh I love homemade Yorkshire puddings so much. A good ole roast dinner with Yorkshire Puddings are the absolute best. I love using lard as the fat to cook them in.

I make my Yorkshire Puddings in a muffin tray and then I get mini yorkies.

I love a good trick and my party trick at the moment is catching my egg on my knife. I will be doing that till I die now. I always feel joyous afterwards.

I like to use my electric mixer with this recipe as it makes a smooth batter. I'm absolutely rubbish with a manual whisker.

Oooh, when I got the tray out of the oven the smoke from the fat was smoking but that's how it needs to be. You must put the oven at the highest temperature so that your yorkies rise good. Of course kick that leg back when you put them in the oven. You know it will make your yorkies rise better than anyone elses. It's all in the mood. My yorkies turned out risen and wonderful and tasted awesome. So much better than the bought ones as they end up crispy.

Can I just tell you though, how good would a Yorkshire Pudding earring look? Oh will you stop it!

There you have it a good Yorkshire Pudding with nice thick gravy on top. There is nothing quite like it.

If you do not follow my social media channels, the links are on my website. Go have a look and you will see what I mean about leg kick backs and earrings.
