Mrs Shelley's antics!

Hhhiiiyyyaaa

The slow cooker came out for this recipe. A nice slow cooker beef Massaman curry. I am right loving my slow cooker at the moment. When my slow cooker comes out, I am in a grump and in a can't be bothered mood. A slow cooker meal is so easy. Chuck it all in and turn it on. Done.

I had a little sniff of my Chuck beef as it had been in the fridge for a while but still in date. It smelt alright so I chucked it in the slow cooker.

Even though I was moody, I still had onion and carrot earrings. The carrot was a bit limp though. Oo er Mrs.

I was going to peel my potatoes and I had a feeling of I cannot be bothered just rise over me. I just chucked them in with the skin on. Oh I couldn't be bothered. Not doing it.

It is so easy buying the dry garlic granules and spices. Just chuck it in from the jar. No preparation needed. Perfect for the day.

I do not buy a lime to squeeze in if a recipe should need it. I buy lime juice in a bottle so I have it ready and it can be used for so many recipes and not just one.

This recipe was beautiful and I will definitely be making this again and again and again.

Hope you enjoy.

Love Mrs Shelley.
