What ya need!
500g Mince beef
2 carrots, grated
1 tomato, chopped
1/4 cup of pizza sauce
1/4 cup of tomato sauce
bread rolls
What ya do!
Chuck ya mince in a frying pan and de-clump.
Add grated carrots and fry for 5 minutes on a low to medium heat or till mince browned.
Add the pizza sauce and tomato sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
At this stage if you feel the mixture is too dry, add a little water.
Place your mince mixture into a bread roll.

Hhhiiiyyyaaa!!!
This quick and easy Sloppy Joe is so easy to make and it tastes so great. I love that when cooking minced beef, that you don't need to put any oil in to the pan as it has it's own oil that comes out of the mince.
When grating carrots, I am a manual grater. I have an electric contraption that I can grate carrots with but the washing up of that contraption puts me right off using it.
After adding in your sauce and simmering, you are able to judge the amount of water you want to put in. You don't want it pouring out of your bread roll. Place a small amount in at a time and stop when you think that is enough.
I used the cheapest bread rolls because the flavour of the Sloppy Joe is awesome. There are so many versions and this is only a quick and easy recipe for you.
The only thing I do not like about this recipe is the name. I can't bring myself to say it. It sounds rude somehow or is that my dirty mind?
Love
