Mrs Shelley's Antics!

HHHiiiyyyaaa!

I hope you enjoy this Creamy Beef and Mushroom Pasta dish. I definitely made it with love.

As you know, Mrs Shelley's social media accounts are mainly about cooking with movement and facial expressions. With this in mind when you are pouring the oil in, break out in a smile. Honestly, it makes you happier, even if it is fake.

I love using Macadamia oil but I am fully aware this is not in everybody's budget so use whatever your normal cooking oil is.

When you put anything on the cooker, jump and present your pan. It deserves the recognition of the hard work it does and guarantees to make you smile and those around you. I know it is totally bonkers, who cares?

You know how Mrs Shelley loves a good vegetable earring. Hold that onion to your ears with pride and do a little dance. Why not?

Don't be like me and leave the backing on the mince beef. I always forget to remove it and look such an idiot on camera. Oh and before I forget, you have got to get yourself a mince meat masher. It's a game changer. It is cheap, but again if you don't want to, a spoon is still good. I just love a gadget.

Do not, I repeat DO NOT break your pasta in half because I can guarantee somebody will be watching you and come after you. I have broken my pasta in half every time since I was a teen and even at 50 I still did it. I posted on social media and I got told off and got told that the Nonna's will come after me. I got so scared of the Nonna's, I've never done it again.

When you pour the mushroom sauce in, it does look like a bad case of gastro has just occurred straight into your pan. Just ignore that and look past it.

If you are waiting for your food to cook and do not have anything to do, do a dance with your oven gloves. Will you stop it! I promise, it is therapeutic.

This meal tasted delicious and there was plenty of leftovers. I fed this to my family of five and there was plenty left and we had it for dinner the next day.

Oh I do hope you love the picture recipe above. I think I look gorgeous. Don't you? As always this recipe is shown in a fun way on my social media links and is posted on the same day I post this recipe, so go take a look and follow me if you want for more antics.

Have a great day and cook with laughter and fun.

Lots of love

Simply Mrs Shelley
