HHHiiiyyyaaa!!!
Today I present the wok to make this lovely beef and vegetable noodle dish. It has been a while since I have used the wok.
Fancy Farmer sent me a PR package recently and it had a mock beer bottle in it but in fact, it was for Macadamia oil and it pours out of the spout so easily. I have swapped my cooking oil to Macadamia oil now. It is such a healthy oil to use.
I do love presenting my wok at the stove and kicking my leg back. I swear it makes the meal taste so much better.
I remembered to take the film of the back of the mince meat this time when I chucked it in to the wok I'm getting so much better at this. I love using my Kmart mince masher to de-clump my mince. It only costs me $5.50 (AUD). Of course, a spoon will do though.
I love frozen veg. So quick and simple to chuck in. Just a cheap brand name veg will do. I wasn't meant to put as much veg in as I did but who cares? It's healthy right?
Oh how I am not a noodle cooker. It is one of my downfalls. At least I admit it. I always get it wrong. I still do not know how it clumps together like it does and I rinse it. I managed to separate it, so all good in the end. I cannot believe that by adding hoisin sauce to the dish it tasted and smelt gorgeous. I did not need to add anything else. Hoisin is suitable for stirfrys, noodles and dipping spring rolls into.
I filled my bowl up a bit bigger tonight cos it was that gorgeous! I always taste it on the video that I post on my socials and if I curtsy I love it. If I don't like it then I won't publish the video. Of course I curtsied.
For those of you that do not follow me on social media, my social links are on my website. Have a look, see what you think.
Hope you enjoy the meal.
