Mrs Shelley's notes!

I am well into my Macadamia oil for my cooking. Why? It's pure, natural and the brand I get is cold pressed right here in Australia. The brand I get is Fancy Farmer.

Oh, preparing fresh green beans are a problem for me as I cannot be bothered to trim and cut, but I did it. I could have got frozen but I thought "no Mrs Shelley, go fresh". I instantly regretted it.

I de-clump my mince with a mince masher from Kmart which cost me $10. One of the best kitchen tools ever in my house. It really separates my mince better than using a spoon.

You can serve this dish with any rice that you already have in as a pantry item. I'm not going to tell you what rice to get because it doesn't really matter in the grand scheme of things. Why are we spending all our money on food because a recipe tells us to get a certain brand? Nope, not happening. If you do not have any rice in your pantry when you are shopping, just pick up the rice that you like because the pork mince mixture will just sit on top.

This pork stir fry dish was absolutely scrummy. The kids commented and said ooh that's nice mum. If I get a complement, I done good.

If you want to see my unique video relating to this dish, it is on my Instagram channel. Link is on this website.

Hope you enjoy.
