Mrs Shelley's Information!

Hhhiiiyyyaaa!!!

Who does not love a chicken pasta dish? I love love pasta so much. I could eat it all day long.

I use either Macadamia oil or Olive oil but you do you. Don't be rushing out buying oils you don't have. Use your normal cooking oil and make do and save your money because everything is going up.

Oh the dreaded garlic press. I am definitely going to get a different type because mine is rubbish. You crush the garlic and have to use the knife to scrape the rest out. Oh it is a pain in the you know what!

Mr Shelley made this and boo hoo he cried because it was the onion's fault. Oh will you seriously stop it right now.

We are in our household trying to stop white rice, white potatoes, white bread and white pasta so for this dish we used wholemeal pasta spirals and they were the same price as normal pasta. Now I'm not saying we will stick to this for long because we never do but for now it's happening.

What I love about this dish is it all ends up in one pan so all the flavours mix and it tastes absolutely wonderful.

I hope you enjoy.

Love Simply Mrs Shelley
