Mrs Shelley's Simple Instructions!

Hhhiiiyyyaaa!!!

I absolutely loved this lamb stir fry with fried rice dish. So flipping tasty.

Yes, I cut my lamb with scissors. I could not be bothered getting my meat cutting board out and using a knife. This way, I held the lamb rump steak in my hand and snippety snip snipped. End of story. Easy. Oooh, can I just say, lamb is my favourite ever meat in the whole wide world.

Is it me or do you sniff the contents of a jar before throwing it in your dinner. This fried rice sauce smelt so good before I put it in. Fruity.

I used frozen broccoli florets instead of fresh. I just chucked them in the dish frozen and waited for the lamb to brown and the broccoli to defrost in the pan whilst cooking. Again, I'm so lazy on this day. I could not be bothered to cut and wash the broccoli. What? It's reality. It is also why I bought a microwaveable packet of Jasmine rice. Am I going to cook my rice in water and wait? No. Not today. On other days I will, but just not today. You can though, if you are feeling up to it. It was too much for Mrs Shelley after a day at work.

Oooooh my Kmart mince masher came into play today and I did not have mince in my dish. I actually used it to de-clump my microwaveable rice. Oh will you stop it! I did! It worked a treat too. Try it.

I loved this dish. Let's face it, if I didn't, I'm not putting it on here. You may not like it and that is alright because our taste buds are all different. Give it a try and see what you think.

Enjoy.

Love Mrs Shelley
